Student named as 2024 Piper Ambassador

Piper Aircraft have selected Academy Student Carter Mazur as one of their Brand Ambassadors for 2024!

In this special role, Carter will actively participate in our social media channels, showcasing his journey through flight training at the Academy. Not to mention he will also be helping to showcase our vast fleet of Piper Aircraft, including the Piper Archer PA28, and multi-engine Piper Seminole PA44.

"After taking a Discovery Flight four years ago, a day hasn't passed that I haven't dreamt of flying. Fast forward one year and I finally began my private pilot training back home in Michigan. As I sat at my desk every day working, I saw the planes flying over and knew that the sky was where I belonged. I made the leap, left my job, and enrolled at L3Harris Flight Academy (now Acron Aviation Academy) in Sanford, FL. After touring several schools, it was clear this Academy was the best choice for me. I was impressed by the size of the fleet, the facilities and maintenance, and all of the resources and help they offer to students to reach their goals.

I am currently training for my commercial rating and am excited to complete all of my ratings in 2024! The Piper brand is special to me because I began my training and completed my Private Pilot License in a Piper Warrior, and wherever I end up in my career, Piper will always be where I started. I am excited to be a Piper student ambassador to share the pleasure it is to train in a Piper aircraft with future students and encourage them to join this incredible community of aviators."
