Pilot career pathways with Acron Aviation
Our relationships with airlines drive a seamless transition from cadet to Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) to pilot. It starts with Acron Aviation Academy's Professional Pilot Program, which takes you from zero experience to CFI in 12 to 15 months before you begin building hours toward these airline pathways.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Occupational Outlook Handbook, average pay for an airline pilot, co-pilot or flight engineer is more than $200,000. Training with Acron Aviation Academy gives you direct contact with airlines and increases your chances of landing a lucrative role.

Your Airline Career Starts With the Professional Pilot Program
Every pathway on this page assumes you've already earned your CFI. The Professional Pilot Program is how you get there: a structured FAA Part 141 curriculum that takes you from zero experience through Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot License, and Certified Flight Instructor in 12 to 15 months.
From there, you build hours as a paid CFI while Acron Aviation Academy's Academic Advisors connect you to airline recruiting pipelines. The pathway starts with training, not with picking an airline.
Earn a degree through established agreements
Acron Aviation Academy has agreements with university partners who accept completed training courses from as credits toward a degree program. These partnerships with colleges and universities save time and money for those who want to earn both their pilot license and degree, simultaneously or consecutively.
