Acron Aviation Academy is proud to work with Avelo Airlines on the Avelo Direct Program, a direct pathway to the flight deck for students! Successful completion of this pathway program takes you directly from student, to Instructor at Acron Aviation Academy, to First Officer with Avelo!

How the Avelo Direct Program works

Enroll at Acron Aviation Academy

The first step in your journey to becoming an airline pilot is to enroll in our Accelerated Airline Pilot Track (AAPT) program.

Build your experience as a CFI

Those that complete our Accelerated Airline Pilot Track (AAPT) program earn a Certified Flight Instructor Instrument Rating (CFI-I).

Interview

When you have achieved between 1,000 and 1,200 hours total flight time, our team will work with Avelo to recommend eligible Instructors for interview!

Transition

When you reach our 1,500 hours of flight time, complete your ATP CTP course and Jet Transition Program.
